Sabey - Senior Project Manager Led NYC Project Development Group in engineering, procurement, and construction for facility renovations up to $250 MM. This included major MEP renovations, lighting, office, facade, retail, and data centers.

Bovis Lend Lease - Program Manager and Project Manager Represented the Owner in leading a $1 billion construction program for the largest research hospital in the world in MD. This included a $50 million MEP energy renovation project that was a part of the capital improvement program. The project included installing new mechanical equipment while the building was in operation. My efforts resulted in a 15% savings for the project.
